Drake’s Yolo estate may be Torn down by the Real Estate developers and they have big plans on it.
A few days back, It is reported that Drake’s 3 adjacent properties in the Hidden Hills estate is on sale for $22.2 million and the main residence alone for $14.8 million. In less than two weeks this amazing property of Drake has received several offers instead of considering the real estate developers have other plans.
They don’t want to all these legacy stories. TMZ reported that the developers don’t think the haveli itself needs to be demolished, but the houses in the 2 adjacent properties will be demolished. They are trying hard to convert Drake’s 3 adjacent properties into a mega estate. Drake also did a lot of renovations on the main property and they were told that buyers love its interior remodelling but the exterior grounds may get a makeover.
Real estate developers told TMZ that Drake’s property is similar to Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s big properties which are also in Hidden Hills.
