Here’s the crux of the article in video form:

New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on May 19, 2022) follows:

Part of the Pokemon series, Pokemon Home is both a Nintendo Switch game and a free mobile app that is developed by ILCA. It is a cloud-based storage for Pokemon.

The app also features the Global Trading System which was excluded from Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. The mobile app offers two plans – a free basic plan and a premium plan, with the basic plan allowing users to place up to 30 Pokemon.

That said, Pokemon Home users say they are getting error 10015 and error 2-ALZTA-0005 when trying to move Pokemon to Home (1,2,3,4,5). The issue seems to have surfaced after the recent v2.0 update.

It looks like the issue has made Pokemon Home completely unusable for those affected. Some have already tried reinstalling the app and clearing app data and cache but nothing seems to help right now.

You can see in the image below what the error 10015 looks like for those affected.

Unfortunately, we are yet to come across any official word on the matter. We hope the developers take a look at the problem and fix it as soon as they can.

As always, we will be keeping tabs on the issue and update this space as and when we come across more information so make sure you stay tuned to PiunikaWeb.
