Adobe is one of the most popular software development companies with a wide variety of products. In 2019, the company generated a revenue of more than $11 billion.
Some popular Adobe products include the much-loved Photoshop, Illustrator, and the recently released InDesign that was released a few days ago on October 25.
But, like all other software, Adobe Photoshop users do encounter some bugs and issues that sometimes make it unusable like the recent Photoshop 23.0 update that crashes the app on Windows-powered touchscreen devices.
Another Photoshop issue was causing the cursor to get stuck when users made use of the transform tool and the symbol font to not show up correct characters.
Having said that, it looks like another Photoshop glitch has surfaced where Save as & Export dialogs is not working when users connect it to an iPad or an external monitor or screen. Users say when they choose the “Save as” option, nothing happens.
Some say they have tried using the shortcut or clicking the option from the file menu but nothing seems to work right now. It seems that the bug appeared after the macOS Monterey update.
On further investigation, it seems like the issue is not limited to Photoshop but affects Adobe Illustrator and InDesign as well.
Fortunately, an Adobe Employee said the company was aware of the Photoshop Save as not working issue and that they were working with Apple to come up with a fix.
Having said that, we’ll keep an active track of the developments on this one and update the story, as and when required.
