If you frequently watch videos on YouTube, you must have heard about Patreon at some point in time. The US-based membership platform offers several tools that help creators and artists run a subscription service.

Those using the service also have the option to earn a monthly income by offering rewards and certain perks to their subscribers. Patreon takes up 12% of the total monthly income as commission in addition to processing fees.

Founded in 2013, the membership platform now has more than 6 million active patrons supporting a network of more than 210k creators.

That said, recent reports (1,2,3,4,5) from Patreon users on iOS suggest that the app feed or dashboard is not loading. Many say it shows they are following no one and that the issue has been affecting them for quite some time now.

Users have tried common solutions such as logging out and logging in and reinstalling the app but nothing helps fix the problem.

Below are some reports from Patreon app users on iOS who are unable to see anything on their dashboard.

Thankfully, Patreon Support shed some light on the matter and said they are aware of the issue where the dashboard is not loading for some iOS users. However, there is no timeframe on when the problem will be fixed.

As always, we will be updating this space when Patreon developers fix the issue where dashboard is not loading for iOS users so stay tuned to PiunikaWeb.
