Paramount+ users can access the service through the website or through dedicated apps. Paramount+ app is compatible with mobile devices (Android and iOS), TV Boxes, Smart TVs, and even consoles.

That said, Paramount Plus app on PlayStation consoles and Smart TVs is lagging or glitching. In addition, it constantly forgets users’ credentials, forcing them to log in again (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

According to reports, many Paramount Plus users on PlayStation and Smart TV devices are facing serious performance issues. Freezing and lagging in the UI seem to be a constant thing (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

Some users have also been facing another annoying issue related to the login system.

Apparently, Paramount+ is continually logging users out, forcing them to re-enter their login credentials every time they try to access the app.

For some users, this issue has been going on for at least two weeks.

There is still no official acknowledgment of any of these issues from Paramount Plus. We will update this story once new details emerge on the matter.
