Travis Scott ended his concert abruptly on Monday night because numerous of his fans exposed themselves in danger. Watching the video, it’s tough to avoid thinking about the incident at Astroworld.
At the Coney Art Walls on Coney Island, Travis performed before Meek Mill. At about 8:00 PM, he entered the stage and began performing.
Due to the dense crowd, a few concertgoers clambered up a lighting truss and dangled above the stage to watch Travis’ performance. He was dressed like Spiderman, so one of the fans must have prepared in advance.
When Travis saw what was going on, he paused his performance and told the audience to down from the truss. The concert continued once they obeyed his instructions.
Several lawsuits over the Astroworld tragedy have been filed against Travis, as you are all aware, with some victims and their relatives claiming he should have terminated the event before the crush. Travis strongly claims he was unaware of what was happening, and the truth is that it appears the cops were as well, as they were uninterested.
Later this year, Travis is scheduled to appear at various concerts that are expected to draw sizable crowds.
